Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible! Here's what you can expect for delivery within Australia:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of your purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): Typically 2-5 business days after dispatch.

    • Regional Areas: Typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.

    • Rural & Remote Areas (including WA & NT): May take 5-10 business days or more after dispatch, depending on location.

  • Express Shipping (Available at Checkout):

    • For faster delivery, select our Express Shipping option at checkout.

    • Metro Areas: Generally 1-3 business days after dispatch.

    • Regional Areas: Generally 2-4 business days after dispatch.

 

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. While we strive to meet them, unforeseen delays due to public holidays, peak seasons (like Christmas or Black Friday), or postal service disruptions can occasionally occur. We appreciate your understanding in such instances.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's size, weight, and your delivery address.

To see the exact shipping cost for your order, simply add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout – the shipping options and prices will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.

 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we've made our returns and exchange process straightforward.

Change of Mind Returns:

For most items, if you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 30 days from the date you received it for an exchange or a refund (minus original shipping costs). To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original, saleable condition.

  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation or receipt).

 

Please note that shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand by the quality of our products. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We will work with you to assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, including any associated shipping costs for faulty items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorisation if applicable.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a maximum of 15 business days.
